We are offering Covid 19 vaccines for patients aged 18 and over this autumn winter at Lawton House Surgery and Readesmoor Group Practice as a collaborative way of working.  Links to clinics will also be sent to patients of Meadowside Medical Centre too. If in the eligible cohorts please do consider getting the booster vaccination.
